We've been hard at work with a bunch of new improvements in our app, to make managing your credit cards feel…easy.
1. An improved wallet
Your Incredible wallet is the heart of our app, it’s where your money lives until your repayments are made so we wanted to make it easier to interact with. You can now see your ‘available balance’ - which isn't just your balance – it's your balance minus any upcoming repayments that are due to be paid out. No more surprises when those scheduled repayments hit!
We've also cleaned up the wallet feed, making it easier to track what's coming in and going out.
2. Transaction Feed
You asked, and we delivered! You can now see your credit card transactions right in the app. It's very basic for now, but stay tuned – we've going to be rolling out some genuinely useful insights about your spending habits.
3. Show me the money
Now, when you receive a referral reward or gift, it'll show up clear as day in your transaction feed. It's our way of saying "thanks" for being an awesome member of our community.
4. Instant Gratification for Instant Payments
Made a direct payment to your card? You'll see it instantly in your card breakdown screen. It's satisfying to watch that balance go down in real-time, isn't it?
5. Help When You Need It
We've revamped our help articles and sprinkled them throughout the app. Whenever you need a quick refresher on how something works, help is just a tap away. Plus, we've extended our support hours – you can now chat with a real human 7 days a week through our in-app chat. We've got your back!
6. Feature reels are now real
For our newer customers, we've created clear and concise feature reels. They guide you through each feature, helping you understand the benefits of using the app. Every time we roll out a new feature, you'll get a reel to bring you up to speed. It looks like an instagram story - we’ll never do stories, promise.
7. And...Action!
You will now see a new Actions feed on your overview screen. This is your go-to spot for important reminders, new feature announcements, and any crucial actions you need to take.
8. Sweating the small stuff
We've also made a ton of small but mighty improvements. We've squashed bugs, fixed typos, boosted performance, and enhanced our data handling. These might not be headline-grabbers, but they all add up to a smoother, more reliable experience for you.
